A second-hand laptop is sold as-is, with no checks and no warranty. A certified refurbished laptop from LapItUp is tested component by component, repaired or upgraded where needed, wiped clean and graded. If anything fails our checks, the machine does not go on sale. Every refurbished device we sell carries a 1-year warranty, which a private used-laptop sale simply cannot offer you.

Yes — we encourage it. Visit our experience centre at EN20, Sector V, Salt Lake, Kolkata 700091, open Monday to Saturday, 10:30 AM to 8:00 PM (Sunday closed). You can see the exact machine, power it on, check the screen, keyboard and ports, and ask our team anything before you decide. If you cannot visit, we can share photos and a video of the actual unit on WhatsApp.

We accept UPI, debit and credit cards, cash and bank transfer. Businesses can pay by bank transfer against a GST invoice. Payment is taken when you buy — in store, or after we confirm your order on WhatsApp or by phone. There is no online payment on the website itself, so you never pay before speaking to our team and confirming exactly what you are getting.

Yes. We deliver across Kolkata and ship to most pin codes in India through trusted courier partners. Laptops and desktops are packed securely with protective packaging, and we share tracking details once your order is dispatched. Delivery charges and timelines depend on your location — message us on WhatsApp with your pin code and we will confirm the exact cost and estimated delivery date.

Every certified refurbished product from LapItUp carries a 1-year warranty. It covers hardware failures under normal use — if something stops working, bring it to us or message us and we will repair or replace it. The warranty is handled by our own Salt Lake team, so you never have to chase a brand service centre. Consumables like batteries are covered against defects at the time of sale.
