1. Who we are

LapItUp is an IT products and services company based at EN20, Sector V, Salt Lake, Kolkata 700091. These terms apply when you buy products or services from us — in store, over the phone, on WhatsApp, or through this website.

2. Products and pricing

Prices shown on this website are indicative and inclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise. Stock changes quickly, so the final price and availability are always confirmed with you on WhatsApp, by phone or in store before you pay.

Certified refurbished products are pre-owned machines that have been tested and graded by our technicians. Cosmetic condition varies by grade and is described honestly on each product page or shared with you before purchase.

3. Orders and payment

This website does not process payments. An order is confirmed only after we verify availability and you approve the final price. We accept UPI, debit and credit cards, cash and bank transfer, and every purchase comes with a GST invoice.

4. Warranty

Certified refurbished products carry a 1-year LapItUp warranty covering hardware failures under normal use. New products carry the manufacturer's warranty, with your LapItUp invoice as proof of purchase. Warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, or issues caused by unauthorised repair or modification.

5. Repairs and services

Repair work begins only after you approve the quoted price. While we take every care with your device, please back up important data before handing it over — we cannot be responsible for data loss arising from pre-existing storage faults. Service timelines are estimates and can change if parts need to be ordered.

6. Business orders, rentals and AMC

Bulk orders, laptop rentals and Annual Maintenance Contracts are governed by the quotation or agreement issued for that engagement, in addition to these terms. Rental equipment remains the property of LapItUp and must be returned in the condition it was delivered, allowing for normal wear.

7. Website content

We work hard to keep product details, prices and specifications accurate, but errors can happen. We may correct them and update or withdraw any listing at any time. Content on this website may not be copied or reused without our written permission.
